As golfers of ability, the new owners take great pride in the presentation of their courses. With 36 holes laid out among mature trees in an ‘easy to get to’ leafy location just outside Basingstoke in between the M3/M4, each design offers its own unique challenge.

Whether you have one eye on the full English breakfast in our inviting barn style clubhouse or prefer to get ready for your round hitting top quality range balls off a manicured grass range, our enthusiastic & helpful staff are always pleased to see you.

“Our society play our yearly double header here (36 holes in one day) and can honestly say you couldn't ask for more. Staff communication and package deals are the best value for money for miles would highly recommend to anyone we will be returning again very soon well done Sherfield 1st class course playing fantastic and the long rough only adds a great challenge to a golfer of any level.”

“Played this course a few times now. It's shorter than the other 18 here but, in my opinion, a bit trickier. At this time of year it's even harder as the rough is really long and you can end up losing a lot of balls. It's more enjoyable at other times of the year when the rough is cut back. Still a good course though and greens were excellent.”

“I hired the clubhouse at Sherfield Oaks for a private party and cannot recommend it enough. There was lots of planning and discussion on the day. The team on the night were fantastic and helped ensure that everyone had a brilliant night.”

“Was really pleased to find the course in great condition and the greens were in good nick. Mature course and a really nice layout with heavy rough in places meaning you’ve got to drive it reasonably straight. Would definitely play here again.”

“Sherfield Oaks once again made us very welcome to their Ladies Coffee Morning. We enjoyed 18 holes on the Waterloo Course. After what had been weeks of cold and wet weather the course was in a lovely condition. The green keepers obviously do a brilliant job.”
